EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Westmoreland County Community College is seeking a qualified full-time Executive Director for the college's Education Foundation. Responsible for day to day operations of the WCCC Education Foundation and will plan, budget and oversee the operation of all programs for the Foundation. Reporting to the President, the Executive Director provides staff support to the Foundation's Board of Directors and will be expected to plan and coordinate a multimillion dollar major projects campaign within the next two years. Requires bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred; 3-5 yrs. exp w/fund development initiatives; prior successful grant writing experience; proven public speaking capabilities; valid PA driver's license; PA Child Abuse History Clearance and PA Criminal Record Check Clearance, basic employment verification, national criminal database search and five panel drug screen; understanding of the management process.
