Early Intervention Assosicate - Bilingual Spanish Preferred
Achieve Beyond is looking for a bilingual Spanish Early Intervention Associate to become part of a fast growing, Early Intervention agency serving children under age 3 on the Autism spectrum in the Hartford, New Haven, and Fairfield area. EIA’s will be assigned to a specific county (not all three). Candidates must be able to work independently, communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with families and team members.
Candidate will be responsible for providing Early Intervention services to children and families in home or community based settings. The EIA will participate in IFSP development and implementation, and will monitor outcomes as part of a transdisciplinary team.
Experience:
Ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working with children requiring special needs. Experience providing ABA, working with pediatrics or DTT is a plus. We will provide extensive training and supervision.
Education:
Candidate is required to have a BA in a human services field, ideally special education.
