ENROLLMENT MANAGER
Under the leadership of the Director of Operations, the Enrollment Manager is responsible for leading and supervising enrollment staff to ensure timeliness/accuracy of provider credentialing/recredentialing activity. NCQA knowledge and managed care credentialing experience necessary. Proven management experience with strong time management, communication, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of relational database and computer applications a must. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in health care administration or a related field and 5 years’ managed care, credentialing, or provider relations experience.
