The EMS/Paramedic Program Director will lead a new EMS program at the brand new Fortis College location in Phoenix. REQUIREMENTS: -Qualified candidates will possess an Associate's Degree or higher, have a minimum of 5 years of field experience in the delivery of pre-hospital emergency care, and academic training and preparation at least equivalent to that of program graduates and not less than 3 years experience as an instructor and managing training programs. -Candidates must be current as an Arizona EMT-Paramedic and be knowledgeable concerning current national curricula, national accreditation, national registration and the requirements for state certification or licensure. -Postsecondary teaching experience a plus. -Ongoing professional development/continuing education required to ensure subject matter proficiency.
