EDUCATIONAL CALL CENTER CONSULTANTS
(Positions located in our corporate call center in Oradell, New Jersey)

 

Huntington Learning Center is looking for personable, articulate professionals for educational consultant positions. Consultants must have empathy and understanding with the ability to listen to problems and effectively solve issues. Consultants will talk to parents about their children's academic problems and set up appointments for our centers.

·  NO COLD CALLS Inbound calls only

·  Set up appointments for centers

·  Flexible hours are available

·  FULL-TIME positions with benefits

·  AFTERNOON and EVENINGS

·  Paid training is provided.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:

·  Excellent telephone presentation and customer service skills

·  Experience in Customer Service Call Center and Sales environment preferred!

·  Evening and weekend availability!

·  Direct experience with school-aged children a plus!

·  Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
