Through our Everest University Online programs, we enable students worldwide to gain relevant, marketable career and job skills Assists the Director in the daily operations of the department. Evaluates and resolves student, graduate, career and job-related inquiries, issues, and problems, and ensures appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, company, and/or regulatory agencies in compliance with policies, procedures and legal requirements. Achieves placement results for graduates in each program, which are consistent with Company and/or Institution guidelines and applicable regulatory agency standards. Organizes and maintains documentation files for Graduates. Provides assistance to Graduates, through online software packages or personal advisement in online career exploration, decision-making, resume writing, and job search skills to students and Graduates. Employs ethical placement practices, which meet all regulatory agency and Company standards. Coordinates Career Services training activities for new Admissions Reps. Coordinates graduation participation information and the assistance at Commencement ceremonies with on-ground campuses. Inputs and maintains payroll information for Career Services Reps. Oversees special projects. Oversees daily activities of Career Services staff. Orders office supplies, and performs other duties and responsibilities, when required. Requirements: Requires a Bachelor?s degree from an accredited institution. A minimum of two years staffing agency, recruiting, resume development, or actual Career Services or Placement experience is required. Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
