District Managers at La Petite Academy play a major role in making us a provider of choice in educational programs in the communities that we service. Some of the exciting things that you will do as a District Manager with LPA include but are not limited to: · Utilize our management philosophy to effectively implement LPA's child care and educational objectives; ensure Program execution and Curriculum delivery. · General accountability for overall operation of 10-12 academies in a region. · Generate strategic and operational plans. · Assume responsibility for financial and enrollment growth of academies in a region. · Ensure Academy Directors effectively manage all aspects of school operations. · Hire, train and manage a quality management team. · Serve as a Spokesperson for Early Childhood Education in your community!! JOB QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preffered • 3 to 5 years of multi-site management experience (at least 10 locations). • Must have a track record for achieving and maintaining excellence in standards of operations as well as maximizing sales revenue. • Ability to lead and inspire team members and manage safety and security programs for multi-site locations, while ensuring all Federal/State and local licensing and regulatory compliance. • A strong business acumen, excellent customer service, leadership, business development, communications and decision making skills.
