District Director of Admissions

Due to expansion and growth, ATI is seeking a District Director of Admissions to be located in South Texas.    The District Director of Admissions is responsible for management of the district’s Director of Admissions team.   Primary Responsibilities: · The District Director of Admissions is responsible for hiring, training and coaching the admissions process with Admissions Representatives, Admissions Coordinators and receptionist(s) in areas required by the Admissions Department. · Create and implement strategy for each campus to accomplish/exceed their admissions goals.  · Communicating with each campus on activity and goals in regards to admissions rates   Success in this position requires a person to continually drive top team performance through disciplined execution of the following:   Managing admissions activity by campus Top Conversion Rates Distribution of leads/Recirculation of leads Setting goals and reviewing progress daily with each Director as well as each campus.   Establishing run rates to ensure budgets are exceeded Updating activity boards Motivating representatives to exceed personal goals Creating a winning, rewarding and competitive team environment Coaching Admissions Representatives on the ATI sales process Requirements: Bachelors degree required 6+ years of admissions experience  4+ years of management experience, preferably at the Director- level Multi-campus location experience  Bilingual (English/Spanish) background is preferred Ability to travel 50% of the time, typically overnight travel or 2-day travel periods         * Interested candidates should submit their resume along with salary requirements for consideration.  Job Code : 347 Division/Department : South Region - 93 Travel Required : None To learn more about our company, visit our website, www.aticareertraining.edu.
