The Company also authors more than 200 print and software titles on test preparation, college and graduate school selection and admissions, and related topics.

 

Sell The Princeton Review (TPR) Supplemental Educational Services (SES) to principals and parents; recruit, screen, hire, and train Site Managers, Lead Teachers, and Tutors; oversee all phases from start-up to full implementation of TPR tutorial programs.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.  Effectively build and manage a region of school districts for TPR SES tutoring programs through acquisition, registration, and quality program implementation.

2.  Manage relationships with various stakeholders including principals, administrators, coordinators, teachers, etc. at the school level, along with community organizations in an effort to establish effective partnerships.

3.  Support after-school tutoring programs by managing the maintenance and distribution of materials; coordinating dissemination and collection of attendance documents and student records; tracking assessments and administering surveys to gather qualitative and quantitative data; overseeing daily operations and quickly resolving issues that arise.

4.  Work with school district to ensure compliance with all SES regulations in terms of registration and enrollment, assessment and reporting, and personnel eligibility.

5.  Interact with teachers and parents on escalated issues and problems; act as primary contact for principals, superintendents, and anyone from respective school districts for all questions and concerns.

6.  Plan, implement, and supervise strategies and plans in effort to produce high registration and high attendance percentages; this is to be done in partnership with schools, community organizations, etc.

7.  Manage operational functions including payroll and district invoicing. 

8.  This position requires public speaking and regional travel.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.  Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred

2.  At least 3 years managerial experience; 5 preferred

3.  Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills

4.  Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management

5.  Excellent customer service skills

6.  Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

7.  Familiarity with and interest in school districts of a given region
