Emmanuel College is a coed 17-acre residential college of liberal arts and sciences right in the city of Boston. In the Catholic academic tradition, we challenge our students and faculty to be driven in their pursuit of learning and teaching. We mine the rich resources of science and healthcare around us, and build gateways to that world on campus. Emmanuel enriches lives through powerful real world experiences, from service learning to internships. We believe education empowers people. It transforms their lives. And it opens doors.

Reporting directly to the Dean of Graduate and Professional Programs, the Director of Projects and Employer Outreach will develop and manage outreach and operations designed to increase undergraduate and graduate enrollments for the College's visibility through employer relationships for Graduate and Professional Programs. The successful candidate will expand the base of Graduate and Professional Programs employer relationships, work with the Associate Dean and the Associate Director of Enrollment to expand call center capabilities and database management to respond to individual student inquiries from employer relationships, and ensure prompt responsiveness and on-going relationship building with prospective students. The successful candidate will also work with the Dean, Associate Dean and Department Chairs to build curricula to fit unique employer and industry opportunities and develop feeder relationships between on-site and industry-based programs and Graduate and Professional Programs. Additional responsibilities will include investigating and negotiating academic space at various employer external sites and linking and advising other academic offices (e.g., the Office of Career and Internships, programs online and in Summer Term) on internship opportunities for students at employer partner sites.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, organizational and public presentation skills; the ability to interact with diverse groups and individuals effectively and to contribute positively in a team environment. Proven expertise in data management is a must. A Master's degree and experience in higher education (preferably marketing, outreach, engagement) is required; Candidates with an earned doctorate, project management skills, a track record with employer relationships, and an eagerness to prepare to assume in their future the role of continuing education dean, are encouraged to apply for this position.
