NORTHERN OKLAHOMA COLLEGE Applications are being accepted by Northern Oklahoma College Tonkawa for the full-time position of Director of Information & Instructional Technology. A minimum educational level of a Bachelors Degree is required, Masters preferred. Responsibilities include overseeing all functions of the Information & Instructional Technology Departments in Tonkawa, Enid and Stillwater.
