Director of High School Admissions

Tri-State Business Institute, an Education Affiliates school in Erie, PA, is looking for a dynamic Director of Admissions to manage the High School recruitment team. The DIRECTOR OF HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSIONS will provide the leadership to drive day-to-day activity to meet the start budgets for each academic year. The ideal candidate will motivate, mentor and coach the High School team and have the following:  Five to seven years direct experience in managing student recruitment for proprietary educational institutions. Demonstrated ability to oversee the hiring of admissions staff and the training, development, motivation and ongoing management of staff including performance reviews, new hire training, ongoing observations. Ability to adapt to multiple priorities and multi-task.
