DeVry Inc. (NYSE: DV) is the holding company for DeVry University, Ross University, Chamberlain College of Nursing and Becker Professional Review. DeVry University, which includes Keller Graduate School of Management, offers associate, bachelor's and master's degree programs in technology, business and management. Ross University, through its schools of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine, offers both doctor of medicine and doctor of veterinary medicine degrees. Chamberlain College of Nursing offers associate and bachelor’s degree programs in nursing. Becker Professional Review, which includes Stalla CFA Review, provides preparatory coursework for the certified public accountant, certified management accountant and chartered financial analyst exams. DeVry Inc. is based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.

To assist us in reaching our goals for student enrollment, DeVry is looking for an exceptional candidate to fill the position of Director of Admissions to manage the High School recruitment team in Pomona, Colton and San Diego!

The Director of Admissions provides the departmental leadership necessary to meet assigned class budgets at the local level. Our ideal candidate will act as department visionary, leader, mentor and coach and have the following:

§  Five to seven years direct experience in working in and managing student recruitment for proprietary educational institutions.

§ Two years experience with creation and management of departmental budgets

§ Demonstrated ability to identify, hire, train and lead a group of admissions reps.

§ Demonstrated ability with the development and analysis of performance data including forecasting and strategic planning to impact departmental results. Demonstrated success in leading a sales organization to continued attainment of budgetary goals.

This position is ideally suited for candidates currently residing in the Southern California area.
