Director of Education

Our client, a leading coast to coast Career College, is currently seeking candidates to fill an open Director of Education position for its upcoming campus in the St Louis Metro area.

Responsibilities for this position include training instructors, managing curriculum, maintaining department reports, knowledge of accreditation processes and providing support to the campus’s students and staff.

Preferred candidates must have at least two years of experience in the career school or community college arena in positions such as a Program Manager, Director of Student Affairs, Dean (or Assistant Dean), or Director of Education (or Assistant Director of Education).

Other requirements include
1. Possess strong leadership abilities
2. Experienced in student interaction (Post-secondary sector only)
3. Minimum of a MA/MS
4. A proven track record
