General Statement: This is a full-time, level I administrative/professional position, reports to the Director of Data and Information Systems.  This position will act as a generalist expected to perform all functions relating to inquiries/application data processing systems.   Direct supervision of staff is not required, however will be responsible to oversee production and completion of department activities and projects to completion.  Monday-Friday 9-5, some weekends and evenings required.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Data entry of inquiries, applications, source materials, admission stage transitions

• Processing of automated inquiries, applications, and possible scanning materials

• Execute automated daily procedures for systematic flow of communication with applicants

• Entry of specialized program applications that may require customized handling (e.g. international student applications and protocols, N.I.T.E. applications and sites)

• Related duties as required.

 

Qualifications:  College degree preferred; Minimum 2-3 years professional office experience with data entry systems; Good knowledge and understanding of information systems; Must be able to manage multiple tasks, duties, responsibilities, and often changing priorities; Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills;  Must function well as

a team member.

 

Salary:  Commensurate with the position and qualifications of the candidate.
