Responsible for hiring, training and evaluation of licensed cosmetologists and barbers for the practical examination for Colorado Barber and Cosmetology examination program.Creating job description for the evaluators as well as creation of the training program to ensure consistency in the evaluation process of all candidates.Some travel will be required. Five years experience as an instructor in a Cosmetology/Barber program.A minimum of five years experience in the training and evaluation of licensed cosmetologists and barbers.Three years supervisory experience.Applicants may not be currently employed as an instructor in a Cosmetology or Barbers program.
