Computer Literate Nanny/Administrative Assistant
Computer Literate Nanny/Administrative Assistant needed by family whose 11 year old daughter goes to private school in the Santa Ynez Valley (near Santa Barbara), spends the summer in Newport, RI and has a vacation home in Puerto Vallarta, MX .Full time (50 hours) position requiring some nights and weekends. Must have a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook able to manipulate spreadsheets, create formulas, and able to use Outlook to create folders and work with share calendars and contacts. Must be able to fit in with a staff which includes another administrative assistant, chef and housekeeper. Attractive separate living accommodations on the property is an option.
