Clinical Site Manager- School Based

Currently, Wesley Spectrum is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Site Manager.  The Clinical Site Manager provides operational leadership and direction to ensure that highly individualized quality and comprehensive services are offered to children and families in Integrated Services through an approach in which Mental Health Services are integrated with Education.  The Site Manager is responsible for the management of core clinical processes related to daily operations and administrative functions specific to the Integrated site. 

 

Master’s degree in social work, mental health nursing, psychology, counseling or other related field from an accredited educational institution

 

Experience 

A minimum of 5 years of experience working with a mental health program specializing in child and adolescent behavioral health, including a minimum of 3 years supervisory responsibility in a mental health program. Experience working in a school based behavioral health setting preferred.

 

Licenses, Certifications & Clearances

 

Social Work, Counselor or Nursing license required.

Act 33, 34 and FBI clearances required.

 

The essence of the day-to-day function of this entails working with the Integrated Services direct service staff to provide quality mental health services to children, adolescents and their families who are in need to mental health support to eliminate barriers to learning.  Administrative responsibilities include strategic planning, managing staffing complements, supervising, leading and evaluating the work of the clinical team.
