Client Support Representative
Client Support Representative-Part Time
Knowledge Learning Corporation – School Partnership (KLCSP) is currently seeking a Client Support Representative in its Littleton, CO office. The Client Support Representative is primarily responsible for answering phone calls and emails from clients while also serving as a resource for questions from Client Support Representatives. The Client Support Representative works with the department manager and team to help ensure that all department goals and metrics and met or exceeded. They will also be assisting in providing training for new hire employees within the client support team as well.
Responsibilities Include:
· Providing customer service and basic technical support through email tickets and telephone to sponsors of children using our programs and services
· Ownership and management of all calls taken, including responsibility for the resolution
· Logging of calls taken and provision of 1st level technical support
· Create FAQs and supporting customer help documentation
· Occasional requirements to work with QA in testing new software
· Provision of sufficient information to 2nd line support teams
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Include:
· High School graduate or equivalent, 2 or 4 year college degree a plus
· Intermediate PC skills
· 2-3 years of customer service support provided via phone and email.
· Great customer service skills and attitude to help others.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
· Experience supporting payment and credit card related questions a plus
Fluency in Spanish a plus
Skills Include:
· Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
· Great writing skills and communication via email.
· Ability to multi-task and to be flexible
· Detail oriented while meeting all deadlines and timeconstraints
· Self starter that demonstrates initiative and creativity in solving problems
· Leadership and ability to provide direction to others.
