Child Care Worker - Infants (Must live close to Cleve Heights)
Our Child Care Center provides childcare for children ages six weeks to schoolage. We maintain the highest standards in the staff we employ. Our childcare workers put the child first and look to build a relationship with the children in their charge. We hope to not only build a solid foundation of friendship and learning, but also make joyful memories that will last a lifetime. Our company stands to empower, support, and encourage our employees, so that they can feel good about themselves and the care in which they provide.Job Responsibilities - Infant Child Care Worker-Establish and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment including the assurance that all state regulations are being met.-Dress children and change diapers
-Instruct children in health and personal habits such as eating, resting, and toilet habits.
-Keep records on individual children, including daily observations and information about activities, meals served, and medications administered.
-Observe and monitor children's play activities.
-Organize and store toys/materials to ensure order in activity areas.
-Perform housekeeping duties such as, cleaning, sanitizing toys and play equipment, and changing of linens.
-Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas.
-Support children's emotional and social development.
-Communicating professionally and effectively with families.-Participating positively and effectively with coworkers.We require a high school diploma and/or a degree in this field.
