Child Care Night Director

As an Evening Director you will responsible for a wide range of tasks that will ensure the center is running in a calm, effective and efficient manner. You will be the leader of the team and will looked to for answer by parents, teachers and your Lead Director.

Here are some of the key aspects of an Evening Director’s position.
 Stand Proud! You are making a difference in the lives of children and the staff in which you are leading. Ensure that the center is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards. Empower your team. Monitor classrooms and provide feedback to staff. Teach, educate and monitor children as needed Assist the Lead Director to ensure the smooth operation of the center. Be responsible for the center maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. Provide tours and information to prospective families.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 credit hours of ECE, child development or related field plus at least 2 years of experience in a child care setting. Associates degree in ECE or child development plus at least 2 years experience in a child care setting.
