Child Care Center Director

Pasadena Child Care and Homework Center, an established Child Care Center in Anne Arundel County, Maryland is in need of a dynamic leader to manage the day to day operations of the Center to enable it to reach its full potential.  The Director will oversee a facility that has infants through school age students including an onsite kitchen.  The Director must have excellent communication skills; superior staff management skills, financial and marketing skills, and curriculum development skills.

Qualifications

The applicant must have a Bachelors degree in early childhood education or related field with at least three years experience managing a Child Care Center with 80 or more children or have an Associates degree in early childhood education or related field with at least 5 years experience managing a Child Care Center with 80 or more children.  Experience with NAEYC accreditation a major plus.
