Child Care Administrative Assistant

Northern Oklahoma College in Stillwater is accepting applications for the full-time position of Scholar for Excellence in Child Care Administrative Assistant. Duties include Performs office responsibilities under the direct supervision of the Scholars for Excellence in Child Care Coordinator; maintains appointment calendar and meeting arrangements; composes correspondence including extensive use of e-mail both internally and externally; compiles Excel spreadsheet reports; and maintains filing system. A minimum educational level of an associate degree is required. Knowledge in Child Development a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other software applications is required.
