Education Sales Manager Skills Required: Center Manager, Center Director, Education Sales, Multi Unit Franchise experience, Education, SES, Job Description: Center Manager - Center Director - Supplemental Educational Services - If you have 3 + years experience in Education sales and have a 4 year degree please read on!What you will be doing:- Oversee the overall operation and sales of 1 center location - Selling supplemental education to parents for children K-12 - Oversee up to three individual school sites in one school district - Maintain appropriate personnel records for staff members - Develop a high level of staff moral and conduct - Hire and trains program staff - Hold monthly staff meetings - Supervise and reviews quality of program (binder, folder, district documentation checks) - Update student programs if necessary - Manage to meet operational and marketing goals monthly - Assist in achieving regional operational goals - Monitor monthly attendance to ensure accuracy - Complete all documentation in a timely manner - Conduct Initial Inquiries - Conduct Initial Conferences and meetings with parents - Complete monthly Interim Conferences and progress reports for students Assists Regional Operations What you need:- Must be able to work a 4/11 schedule (4 days/11 hours a day) - Sales experience in a franchise or multi unit industry - Bachelor's Degree is a must! - Experience in Education and/or Management - Superb communication and organizational skills - High levels of energy, integrity and enthusiasm - Ability to speak SPANISH is a plus!
