Center Director

This is an exciting career opportunity with the most successful group of learning centers in North America in our Raynham, MA location. Sylvan Learning has a proven educational process and program offerings. Through education, we make a significant difference in the students and families that we touch. Center Directors are responsible for overall management and growth of their centers.

Essential functions include:
Create and maintain a positive, continuous learning environment for center staff. Attract and retain individuals with talent and passion for education and client service.
Assure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction through the delivery of the educational programs.
Assume full P&L and budget responsibility for the center. Work with senior management to develop and execute comprehensive sales, marketing, and business development plans.
Sell the Sylvan programs through enrollment conferences with parents.
Build relationships in the local communities and schools.

**SALARY PLUS BONUS POTENTIAL $50K++**
