As a Career Planning Coordinator your job will be to follow up on leads from prospective students who have contacted us directly via our web-site and advertisements. This SALES position is unique to many others in that, it focuses 100% on selling to prospective students seeking our services and a career in cosmetology. Typically, leads are eager to hear from our Career Planning Coordinators as they are hoping to positively change their life via education. We do not cold call, pressure sell or negotiate our services. The Career Planning Coordinators explain our education system, how they will benefit the customer and then set appointments for our prospective students to visit one of our 86 Schools around the Country. New leads are provided everyday! Follow up and appointment setting is all that is required.
Requirements to apply:
· Proven telephone sales experience and success
· Desire to help people change their lives through education
· Ability to work various full time or part time hours including evenings and weekends
· Minimum of Associate’s degree or Career School diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates not meeting academic requirements may be considered with relevant work experience.
· Positive take charge attitude with the ability to learn quickly
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Proficient in all Microsoft Computer Applications
