Campus President/Executive Director

ABOUT US:
We are an Atlanta based post-secondary education organization seeking an Executive Director/Campus President for one our premier locations.  We are well established and a leader in our industry. Our three (3) Metro Atlanta campuses in Cobb, Delegable and Clayton Counties specialize in career training. All programs are designed for individuals who want to succeed in Information Technology and Allied Health Care careers. The College is licensed by the State of Georgia, approved by the U.S. Department of Education and nationally accredited.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Initiates and encourages coordinated activities between admissions, financial aid, student services, career services and academic areas in order to improve the service to students as well as facilitate maximum utilization of resources.

- Analyzes and manages departmental budgets at the campus level.

- Develops strategic plans and goals to ensure departmental success.

- Establishes and communicates accountabilities and performance expectations for all direct reports.

- Provides direct/indirect supervision and evaluation of day-to-day operations and training of staff in the Career    Services, Student Services, Education, and Financial Aid Departments.

- Assembles and compiles data and reports and interprets findings as appropriate.

- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

This position requires strong financial budgeting, computational and administration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy; ability to provide leadership and work effectively with individuals of all ranks, and personalities. In addition, this position requires the ability to make effective decisions, maintain confidentiality and discretion as well as use technology effectively.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Successful track record as a Campus President or Executive Director.
- Possesses ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Minimum five years experience in managing a for-profit post secondary educational institute required.
- Strong background in operation's profit and loss required.
- Track record of progressive growth preferred.
- Experience managing programs in the health care and IT education fields a plus.
- Strong leadership, motivational and communication skills a must.

- Knowledge of Title IV funding regulations and regulatory compliance preferred.
