PC ProSchools, The Midwest’s premier provider of information technology (IT) training and certification is seeking a Campus Director to join our Minneapolis Team.


Our Campus Director is responsible for finding employers to hire the certified graduates of our IT career programs. The ideal candidate will possess superior recruiting skills, be highly organized, self-motivated, possess a sense of urgency, be persistent, set high standards for themselves, accept responsibility, ambitious, and excel individually and in a team environment.  Knowledge of the IT industry (hardware/networking concept) is a plus. Experience in Microsoft Office is a must. 

 

THE CAREER PLACEMENT SPECIALIST WILL HAVE

Complete comfort with the telephone and face to face meetings. Proficiency in time management. Ability to work independently. Exceptional ability to function with high performance under great pressures. Ability to follow business practice/processes. Extreme attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills Thoroughness in data retention.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet or exceed all assigned placement targets. Conduct phone and in person contacts with local businesses Career Development Training (resume building, job search assistance, etc) Establish credibility for the school with enthusiasm, honesty, integrity and intelligence.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent recruiting history. Professional image. Preferred 2-5 years of recruiting/sales experience.
