Call Center Sales Director

San Joaquin Valley College (SJVC) is a private career college with eight campuses in California and online programs serving students across the United States.  Founded in 1977, SJVC offers 20 A.S. Degree career education programs in the medical, business and technical fields.

The Call Center Sales Director is responsible for building and operating an admissions call center to support both online and campus operations.  This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced call center sales professional to be a leader in system design and team building for a high-quality private career college.

Duties and responsibilities:
•  Design, implement and refine admissions work flow and sales process
•  Recruit, hire and train team leaders and admissions representatives
•  Evaluate and maintain technical resources for call center operation
•  Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and standards
•  Effectively direct admissions team to achieve start goals for online programs and provide quality service to campus operations

Minimum requirements:
•  Bachelor’s Degree
•  5+ years experience in call center sales management (private college admissions preferred)
•  Technical expertise with call center facilities and operations
•  Project management experience with demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, problem solving and team building
