CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

International Education Corporation is a leading private, postsecondary vocational education institution is looking for high energy, positive, and organized individuals for opportunities in its UEI, Chula Vista, CA Campus.

We have immediate needs for receptionists/customer service personnel who can effectively manage the front reception area at our school, with high employee and student contact. This is a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the telephone system, coordinating visitor access, answering questions, maintaining appointment calendars, routing mail and any other clerical support needed at the school.

The ideal candidate has reception, customer service or administrative experience. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must! Educational requirements are at minimum a diploma, but some additional coursework is preferred.
