The Academy System is a network of award-winning schools for court-adjudicated youth. Based in Western Pennsylvania and managed by leaders and innovators in the field of juvenile justice with over 30 years of experience, these schools are community-based and residential.

The Summit Academy is seeking individuals who possess a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of our young men through counseling, industrial trades training and education. Among other qualifications detailed below, candidates must possess and demonstrate confidence in their ability to influence and modify innapropriate behavior, as well as develop productive relationships with our youth.

This position works with our students in the areas of group and individual counseling, industrial trades training, academic tutoring and athletics, Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm. In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits package, complimentary meals and parking are also available. Interested candidates must possess the drive and enthusiasm to positively influence students while being loyal to the job.

Individuals with athletic, military, and/or industrial trade backgrounds will be strongly considered. Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI and medical clearances are required upon employment, along with a valid driver's license.
