The successful candidate, who will report to the Controller, will be responsible for the efficient and effective execution of a variety of day-to-day accounting tasks such as the processing of routine vendor payments and bank deposits.   A thorough working knowledge of basic accounting functions utilized in the day-to-day operation of a medium-size business; The ability to stay focused on important tasks and meet deadlines while working in a busy educational environment; Strong interpersonal skills in order to support a faculty and staff of approximately 100 individuals; A business background that includes working with Microsoft Excel and Word as well as Quickbooks or a comparable accounting software application

The MATCH Middle School will open in the fall with 90 students and 30 employees. MATCH is on the B branch of the Green Line at Babcock St., at the western end of the Boston University campus.
