Bilingual Office Clerk
A local college preparatory school in Los Angeles is seeking a bilingual professional and dynamic individual to make a great impact in facilitating communications between faculty members, students and their families.
This individual will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to exercise independent judgment to formulate administrative decisions, the organization skills to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines with a high accuracy level.
To excel in this environment candidate must be extremely friendly, full of energy and ready to take the next step in their professional career.
As a bilingual office clerk you will be responsible for general office duties including but not limited to filing, scanning, copying, dealing with questions from parents, filing expense reports, greeting professionally, master calendaring, scheduling meetings, monthly reporting and all other administrative functions.
