Behavior Analyst (Community-Based)

To provide behavioral services to children by participating as a member of their interdisciplinary team in the identification of behaviors targeted for acquisition, reduction and/or elimination.  To conduct functional assessments and supervised functional analyses of targeted behavior problems and to prescribe, design, implement, revise, and monitor behavior programs based upon identified function of challenging behaviors.  Track and report on monthly Professional Crisis Management data and to participate in consumer’s annual meetings as needed.

 

Requirements: Certified CBA or BCBA.  Master’s degree in Psychology or related field (at minimum). Minimum of one year related experience including the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior analytic programs for individuals with disabilities.
