Located near Las Vegas, MedCure's Surgical Training Center is a teaching and demonstration laboratory for surgeons and medical professionals to learn and practice surgical techniques using cadaver tissue. The Center's on-premise tissue bank accommodates the anatomical requirements and medical lab needs of any size group.
MedCure operates a national donor program in support of medical education and research. Cadavers used at MedCure's Surgical Training Center were obtained with consent through our donor program. All cadaveric tissue is serologically tested and verified as safe tissue specimens from an independent, certified, FDA registered laboratory.
Position Overview:
An experienced Bioskills Lab Manager is needed to actively market MedCure’s laboratory services to research companies and educators, follow-up on leads for prospective clients and be accountable for the acquisition of new laboratory clients. Responsible for obtaining written sales agreements and the booking functions of the laboratory programs.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree in a clinical discipline or equivalent work experience in health care systems management
Minimum of two years cadaver laboratory and/or related medical marketing and administration experience required
Strong understanding of healthcare operations
Knowledge of human anatomy
Strong customer service skills
Experience in the medical devices and/or surgical implants industry, a plus
