To provide tutoring to student customers in undergraduate mathematics, including algebra, pre calculus, applied calculus, discrete math and statistics at the basic or advanced college freshman- through junior college levels. Applicant should have familiarity with calculators commonly used with such courses. Tutors may complete editorial/ marketing projects as assigned when not engaged in tutoring. Fluency in Spanish is a requirement for this position. At least 2 years of college tutoring or teaching experience. At least a Masters Degree in a primary tutoring subject: significant graduate study in other tutoring subjects. PC -basic knowledge of MS Office Professional Suite and Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills; willing to keep current in tutoring subject area(s); good data entry skills.
