Montgomery Early Learning Centers, Multi-site, 45 year old child care organization seeks experienced Manager to oversee day to day operations and projects including program, facilities, systems, HR, staff supports, government relations, marketing, and fundraising.
Qualities sought include articulate (verbal & written) communicator; team player; high energy/positive self starter; good listener; quick learner; supportive and savvy decision maker, with superb interpersonal skills, good judgment, and consistent follow-through.
Applicants should have a minimum 5- 10 years experience in Senior Management in a non-profit or social service setting. Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Services &/or Management. Familiar with non-profit business/service programming. Multi-tasker. Computer literate.
