Assistant Directors and Lead Teachers

 

My Gym Children's Fitness Centers, The worldwide leader in children's fitness programs and ranked the #1 Children's Fitness Program by Entrepreneur Magazine for 2005 & 2006, is looking for Gym Directors, Assistant Directors and Lead Teachers in Yorktown Heights, NY.



All My Gym teachers must have some background and experience in health, fitness or sports and/or early childhood education and recreation. Teachers must have a fun, outgoing and positive attitude. My Gym offers a positive, rewarding and flexible work environment!

 

Duties: Run quality My Gym classes, which necessitates the leadership skills needed to provide a safe and enjoyable environment - Lead quality birthday parties, too - Assist the owner with accounting, advertising, staff training and development, and overall facility management.

Skills required: Good verbal and written skills - Good memory skills - Computer proficient, with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel - Child Development and/or fitness background preferred - College degree in related fields a plus. Must be open to coaching.
