Assistant Director of On Line Admissions

ECPI College of Technology is a leading private college offering degree, diploma, and certification programs in Technology, Business, and Health Sciences. We are currently seeking an On Line Admissions Team Leader to manage our Admissions Representatives. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and thrive in a fast paced, challenging contact center work environment. The Admissions Team Leader reports to the Director of Admissions and is responsible for:• Monitoring Admissions Representative’s performance and input on performance reviews• Submitting required reports on a timely basis as requested by management• Assisting in the hiring of Admissions Representatives• Training, motivating and managing Admissions Representatives• Administering Performance Improvement Plans on a weekly basis.• Other duties as assignedQualifications:Experience: A minimum of 1 years experience managing in a private, post-secondary contact center environment.
