This position will primarily be based out of our New Brunswick Office (123 Church Street), but there may be certain days where you will be required to work in our Princeton office (252 Nassau Street).
Responsibilities include:
Providing excellent customer service to our students, generally shepherding students and parents through the Graduate College admissions process Helping to recruit Graduate teaching staff Maintaining and driving our stellar student satisfaction ratings and unparalleled score improvements Managing Graduate course material inventory Living and breathing our product by teaching students, in our classrooms, how to improve their standardized test scores Working with our Marketing Department to help promote our products, and grow brand awareness (especially on local College Campuses) Test Turnaround (LSAT test material distribution, proctor staffing, scanning tests, mailing score reports to students) Collection and entry of Grad course attendance records, as well as mid-term and final course evaluations
