Qualified candidates must have a Masters degree in a field of education, teaching experience and management or supervisory experience in an education setting with demonstrated abilities in:Leading an academic teamPositive student retention managementScheduling and optimizing use of campus resources Instructor training, observation, and evaluation

As Assistant Director of Education you will be responsible for managing the student retention contact management system, classroom observations and instructor development and working with the Director of Education on special projects and agency/accrediting body, and home office reporting.
