Assistant Director of Development for Annual Giving
Berwick Academy, a K-12 country day school, seeks a dynamic individual to join the Development Office staff as Assistant Director of Development for Annual Giving.
The focus of this position is alumni giving. This is a full-time position with benefits. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating volunteers, experience in staffing committees, 3-4 years of fundraising experience inclusive of strategizing the 'ask' and in making personal asks; solid written and oral communication.
