Assistant Director of Admissions-Panorama City
Are you motivated by an opportunity to spearhead the aggressive growth of Kaplan Higher Education and have the skills to lead an Admissions team? As a dynamic Assistant Director of Admissions you will be challenged to make a difference at Kaplan Higher Education. You will be in charge of all aspects of student acquisition as you work with an experienced, admissions team. You will report directly to the Director of Admissions of the campus. What you will do: Assist the Director of Admissions with managing the admissions department in her/his absence. Establish team responsibility, leadership, and performance. Responsible for on-going hiring, training and professional development of admissions staff. Interact effectively with Financial Aid and all other departments. Responsible for various reports to ensure the Director of Admissions and President are updated. Qualifications:2+ years experience as a successful Admissions Representative in a proprietary school. Experience managing and leading an admissions team or other comparable successful sales experience will be considered. Familiarity with Commitment Based Selling required. Highly organized, with the ability to consistently multi-task and troubleshoot. Strong goal and results orientation. Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism Highly motivated, and passionate about achieving strict goals and deadlines for the Admissions team. Persuasive communication skills, with a strong customer focus.
