After School Site Staff
Now Hiring for August 7th Start Date!!
KLC School Partnerships is dedicated to hire self motivated, dependable, and caring Site Directors and Site Assistants to work in a creative and hands-on school-age environment.
These after school positions are posted for the Fort Worth, Keller, Haslet, Rhome, and Roanoke areas.
Qualifications for each position are as follows:
The Site Director requires an applicant to be at least 21 years of age, High School diploma or GED. Minimum requirements: some college classes related to early childhood/ education or 60 training hours in the related field, 24 months of experience in a licensed facility. We are seeking Site Directors who are Center Director qualified in the State of Texas. This position is responsible for supervision of staff; maintenance of financial paperwork, licensing records and child files; oversight of curriculum implementation; supervision of children, maintenance of safe and welcoming classroom environment; building of relationships with the community and school, and recruiting new students to the program.
The Site Assistant positions: Applicants can apply with child experience and a love for children. Some ECE units preferred. Position assists with supervision of children, maintenance of safe and welcoming classroom environment, and daily paperwork
We offer benefits, including tuition reimbursement and childcare discount.
All Positions are offered Part Time.
Hours: 2:50pm - 6:30pm (Monday - Friday)
Salary Range: $7.50 - $11.00 /hour (based on position and experience)
