Admissions Representative - Los Angeles

American Career College (ACC) has been helping people succeed for 30 years, and we are currently recruiting for a full-time Admissions Representative for our Los Angeles Campus. You must possess a dynamic personality to enroll students into our Allied Health programs.

You will need strong sales experience to do the following:

• Take inquiry calls from potential students interested in obtaining information about ACC and its programs of study.

• Follow-up on all leads from marketing efforts and meet with prospective students to determine their educational and career goals as they are related to the course offerings of ACC.

• Acquire and maintain accurate information about ACC’s programs, policies, procedures, and the established enrollment process.

• Immediately follow-up on lead calls that fail to make appointments or miss scheduled appointments.

• Enroll qualified applicants into programs of study beneficial to the students’ career objectives and academic needs in an efficient and supportive manner.

• Maintain accurate and complete records of all leads, appointments, applications, enrollments, and starts, as requested by the Director of Admissions.

• Meet established individual and departmental goals as determined by the Director of Admissions.
