Career Centers of Texas-Fort Worth Campus, a Kaplan Higher Education school, is seeking a Professional Admissions Representative.  Kaplan Higher Education Corporation is a division of Kaplan, Inc. ( http://www.kaplan.com/), and The Washington Post Company ( http://www.twp.com/), and is a leading education and career services company.  This is an exciting position with great potential if you thrive in a sales environment and believe in “building futures one success story at a time.“ What you will do:  Interviewing applicants through telephone contact and (face-to-face)· personal interviews, to determine motivation, interest, effort and ability to qualify for various programs.   Reviewing programs, and touring facility with prospective students.·   Discussing accreditation, Placement assistance, and Student services with· each prospective student.   Handling student Enrollment application process.·   Conducting daily interviews, monitoring enrollment activities and· updating/tracking leads, including leads you develop as well.   Desire to succeed within highly competitive environment.·  Previous work experience may include educational sales or Admissions/Membership Representative.   6-months to 1 year of successful sales experience in a goal-based· environment.   Display of highest levels of integrity and intelligence.·   Ability to multi-task, and to succeed within strict deadlines.·   Exceptional social and customer focus skills.·  Strong detail orientation and capability to be highly organized·   Persuasive communication skills.·   Proven ability to interact effectively with students, staff and faculty.·   Displaying heavy telephone· & interviewing skills.   Work requires “variableâ€� hours, with some Saturday work possible.·   Associates Degree preferred.·   Bachelors Degree a BIG PLUS.·Who we are: Kaplan Higher Education ( http://www.khec.com/), is a division of Kaplan, Inc ( http://www.kaplan.com/), and The Washington Post Company (NYSE: WPO).
