Administrative Office Manager

A primary goal of the Administrative Office Manager is to run a well-maintained, professionally operated, and welcoming office that is client and customer friendly. Key responsibilities include managing 5 administrative staff and directing office processes and procedures; acting as the onsite HR representative for the region; managing the office budget and finances; planning and coordinating an annual regional membership forum; and handling general administrative tasks. The Administrative Office Manager reports to a Vice President who has overall management responsibility for the success for the regional office.

Requirements include a college degree, plus 5 years of office management experience in a corporate environment or other relevant organization that includes staff supervisory experience. We seek candidates who have demonstrated success in developing and managing budgets, hands-on management of human resource functions, overseeing facilities management and computer support as part of an office management role.

Other requirements include superior communications skills, excellent time management skills, the ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously, and strong computer skills.
