Position/Title/Rank: Administrative Coordinator - Funds Available

Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related field and three (3) years administrative experience OR five (5) years of administrative experience. Experience working with academic and industrial partnerships. Experience with intellectual property management (file maintenance and recordkeeping, communications with legal counsel, etc.) Must be proficient in PC software, including word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications. Candidate must possess a strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree

Duties: Coordinates and performs a variety of administrative, fiscal planning and staff support activities for the Wright Center for Sensor Systems Engineering (WCSSE). Provides complex administrative assistance in the areas of research project planning, technology transfer, commercialization, industrial relationships, budget/grant coordination and special project support by compiling statistics and information, analyzing data, preparing reports and making appropriate recommendations. Coordinates and facilitates various activities related to the Center including quarterly conference, meetings and events. Interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong interpersonal skills.
