Administrative Assistant for Division of Professional Studies
The Division of Professional Studies at Our Lady of Holy Cross College invites applications for a full-time staff position as Administrative Assistant.

Position Description: Entry level position in the Division of Professional Studies. Responsible for the annual reports required of each of the departments; coordinate all documentation needed for accreditation (state and national); general office duties; type tests, syllabi, etc. as needed for instructors.
Qualifications: Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; PowerCampus software experience a plus. Applicant should also have public speaking skills, as well as be an effective communicator (written and spoken).
