ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/SALES
Description:
Maintains office operations by processing student registration and financing paperwork, serving customers, greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls. Making calls to potential students.
Duties:
* Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
* Process Registration Paperwork: Interview students and review registration paperwork with them, receive tuition payments from students, organize and process registration paperwork and send to main headquarters.
* Process Financial Paperwork: Receive and process financial documents, discuss financial assistance documents with students.
* Telephone: Answer questions, forward messages, transfer incoming calls. When volume demands, call sales leads and determine level of interest and desired program length. Take online applications over the phone for enrollment and financial aid, forward information to admissions representative for further processing and enrollment.
* Other: Ordering office supplies, mailing and managing office documents.
Skills/Qualifications:
Office Experience - General, scheduling, telephone skills, typing, documentation skills, verbal communication, written communication, dependability, attention to detail, administrative writing skills. Telephone sales experience required.
